Back in 2003 I signed up for the 3.0 mbps service for $50 a month, they switched me over later to 1.5 mbps service for $50 a month, without contacting me first, the 1.5 mbps service is much cheaper, and they owe me the difference for the couple years of service for paying for the 3.0 mbps service when I got the 1.5 mbps service. They claim it was a promotional offer but the promotional offer was actually $25 a month for the first 6 months for 3.0 mbps.
