Loan account - online banking

Hi,

Could someone please have a look at my loan account and confirm that you have received payments each month since the loan was taken out.
I am constantly getting phone calls from you stating that I am over due on my loan account. I received a call on the 29th June the man I spoke to say that yes you had received my payments and that he would sort the account out and that I would not get anymore calls. Ion Saturday 3rd July I received a letter stating again that the payment was late so I called the number on the letter and explained again that the payment had been made again I was told that my account would be noted and that the matter was closed, I came off the call extremely frustrated as all the lady kept saying was ahah even when I advised that if the matter continued I would complain to the ombudsman she said ahah I then said “your not listening to me are you? ” again she said ahah.
Now today your calls have stated again, I will not be answering any calls to my mobile as the customer service I receive is poor and nothing gets sorted out as promised.
I did change the payment to come from a different bank earlier this year unaware the standing orders take 4 days to go though making my payment late.in May I changed the standing order date to make sure you received the payment on time and check the account this has happened so I do not understand that if you have received payment how can I be late.
I have also started a new job with a new payment date and as a good customer would I have changed the payment due date to the 31st and changed the payment to come out of my HSBC account as I have nothing but issues if the payments are made from elsewhere.
Could you please look at my account and send in writing that the account is upto date and that I will not continue to receive these calls?
