Sprint does not keep records of errors that they make on your account. Sprint relies on the customer service representatives to record the information accurately. When the customer representative get frustrated or angry with you, they terminate the phone call. Their actions cause you to go through the entire process all over again because they know you will not be connected to them again. The best of all, the company (Sprint) I tried to get the assistance from was in CANADA! That's right, the person on the other end was from another country and cared less about my issues.
