I had a passion party at my home the first Saturday of October. The consultant who was supposed to do the party was unable to come and sent her sister instead. The consultant was two hours late.
The consultant promised the ladies that their merchandise would arrive within the two weeks following the party. Checks were cashed the following Monday after the party. Some credit cards were also run right after the party. No merchandise was received.
By November we began trying to contact the consultant who did the party and the sister who was supposed to do the party. Contacting the consultant who actually did the party was hopeless. The phone number on the catalogue was incorrect. We contancted the home office for the company. They were not helpful at all.
The ladies were told to fax in their receipt and either the check or credit card information showing the money had been withdrawn from their account.
Some of the guests received their products after two months had passed. Some of the merchandise was already open (not the type of product you want to use if you receive it opened). Some people received the wrong merchandise and some never recieved their products at all or any monetary compensation.
There were ladies still trying to get their products in April. If I ever do another such party it will definately be with a different company.
