Poor Customer Service, lies, run around, etc

I held a party on December 19.4 of my guests placed orders. One lady wasc charged twice and never received her merchandise and the company has not refunded her still today, Feb. 10 (her bank is investigating). Another lady received broken merchandise. One other lady placed another order and was never charged or received the merchandise, and my own order was extremly late. So consultant Melissa Quilling, in Sydney, Montana threw in something for free, but it was broken when it arrived. I contacted her to let her know, and never recieved the replacement so I contacted Passion Parties directly and they said they would send a new one, and they never did. This company does not care about their customers. Go through XXX instead.
