I went into Viking Dodge on February 19 with Ibrahim Mustafa and have a situation I would like to bring to your attention. I feel and truly believe is very unethical business practice. They lied and still continue to try to cover their butts. Numbers on the paperwork still do not add up and I have asked for explanation and I am not getting anywhere except ignored.
The window sticker to the Dodge caravan disappeared and when I got home and noticed that it was missing called and talked to Abe who said it should be in the glove box so I went back out and looked again and it was not in there. I then called him again and he said I am not sure where it is and I will check into it and call you back. He never called back.
I had to continue to call and then went above him to the general manager Dan who basically told me in not so many words to stick it. I finally received a window sticker but the dollar amount is not what was on the sticker that was in that vehicle when I bought it.
I found that they added the Rebate Back into List Price instead of taking it OFF along with a Fee for having the loan written which when I called the Finance Company Drive Financial (who also is well aware what they are doing and continue to allow it to go on) that they are not suppose to add any fee's to the cost of the car and that this is against the law and I should get an attorney!
They OVER CHARGED ME $6200. I have tried to handle directly with them but just not getting anywhere. I have contacted the better business bureau along with the Attorney's General Office and I am waiting on their responses.
