I went into Viking Dodge on February 19 and met with Ibrahim Mustafa. I feel and truly believe is very unethical business practice. They lied and still continue to try to cover their butts. Numbers on the paperwork still do not add up and I have asked for explanation and I am not getting anywhere except ignored.
The window sticker to the Dodge caravan disappeared and when I got home and noticed that it was missing called and talked to Abe who said it should be in the glove box so I went back out and looked again and it was not in there. I then called him again and he said I am not sure where it is and I will check into it and call you back. He never called back.
I had to continue to call and call then chose to go above him to the general manager Dan who basically told me in not so many words to stick it. I finally received a window sticker but the dollar amount is not what was on the sticker that was in that vehicle when I bought it. I have demanded answers what I was told was that they have to add the rebate back into the list price as well as a fee to write the loan.
I called the finance company and asked them about this and was told they are not allowed to do this-it is against the law but yet they are doing it and getting away with it. I actually called another dealership and asked them there procedures and they were shocked with what I had explained to them and advised me to get an attorney as file a complaint with the BBB which I have already done.
I have so much paperwork to back up their dishonesty and I have talked to so many people who have the nothing good to say about this dealership or the people who work there. They over charged me over $6000. They just flat out say they are not gonna do anything.
Any of you who have posted on here-Have you gotten anywhere with them? How do you get them to stop doing this to people?
