V.i.p. credit Card
V.I.P. Credit Card fraudently taking money out of my account, for a vip card i never received. Ripoff

I applied for a vip credit card in jan. To date i have not received the card and have had 159.00 29,99 14.99 taken out of my account. Unable to get ahold of anyone and if i do they ignore me and say that the card is on the way. I want a full refund of the money that was taken out of my account. This is a scam operation, what should i do
