Young adults selling magazines door-to-door asking you to help them earn their trip with rewards they receive from your purchase. The magazines (and books) are over priced, but thinking it's for a good cause you overlook that aspect. The receipt clearly states allow 120 days for delivery, but after 5 months of waiting and the cash already taken out of my account I got a little impatient.
First attempt to contact the business, voicemail, left message. Second attempt, same voicemail, same message. Third attempt, and this time the voicemail states the mailbox is full—unable to leave a message. FRUSTRATION!
Fourth attempt by email, no response. 5th attempt by phone again, voicemail, irate message left. 6th attempt by email, again no response. So what to do now?
Their phone contact number is obviously a looped voicemail message that will never reach a live person (although it states if you reach it during business hours that all reps. Are busy assisting other customers—Gimme a break!) And their address is a post office box, once again—no live person!
Do Not Buy From Door-To-Door Salesmen! It's a crap shoot and I apparently got snake eyes!
