Ripoff consumer rip-off fraud

I was promised a credit card from total ressouces benefits for a fee of $152.50 which they had no problem taking the money from my boyfriend's checking account I should have known this was to good to be true anyway I never got the card and it is totally impossible to get in touch with them. Be aware of them.
