Capital first benefits promised to give me a credit card for a 2.99 processing fee, said it was a special promotion, instead they took 299.00 from my checking account, which then caused me to be overdrafted by $12, then a $25 overdraft fee. They said that my pakage would be here in 2 weeks or so, it's been a month and still no package.
When I got my bank statement the other day, I saw the amount they took from my account and chats when I realized what had happend. When I called the customer service number they had given me it just rang and rang. This is how I've come to find your website, when I got online to see if they had a website, the first thing I saw was fraud and then a link to your site.
I hope that you can help in any way possible, even if it just means letting other consumers know about this company before they are robbed of their hard earned money as well.
