Been trying to cancel but they won't let me Ripoff

I have been trying to call them and write them letters asking them to cancel my subscription and i am getting these letters and bills in the mail. I am getting sick of them not trying to help me and just cancel my subscription.

I don't know what to do, now they want 297.60 or the full amount of 647.60 and i can't pay it because we are having trouble with bills and etc. I just want them to cancel my subscription and leave me alone.
