My son had to cancel his T-Mobile service as he did not have reception on his military base. He called and was told that because he is military and that he had a service problem in an area that is classified, service could be canceled with no penalty. They lied.
After returning from manauvers, he had a communication that he was in collections. He's about to be deployed to Iraq and T-Mobile insists they told him he would be charged $200 (lie, they did not). There was NO contact prior to turning his account over to collections and despite numerous calls and contacts, no help is forthcoming. Every time we call we get another lie.
