Bank of America screwed me over with a $175 NSF fee! I called the customer support number to find out exactly how I can reverse these. They told me that they cannot help me, and I would have to go to the branch I bank with. So I did, and before you know it, they told me that customer support typed in "NO" on reversing any funds! They had locked it down so neither of them can fix it now. I now owe BOA $175, from a single NSF fee, reocurring over and over again!
I had called to resolve this, but they lied to my face, and now look where I am. For doing what...? Calling? Trying to get help from BOA? I really can't find anything I've done wrong here in order to solve this. This is an insult towards me! I'm doing my best to get everyone I know who has BOA, to switch to a different bank! This bank just doesn't care about you at all. AVOID at all costs!!!
