Rainstorm ripped me off they told me when I hired in with them that I would get paid training the first week I worked there. They said I would get 200.00 for training and then If I sold a vacuum I would get a 250.00 commision. Well that turned out to be a bunch of bull.
Later I was told that I had to get 6 qualified Demonstrations in my 1st weekend. To get paid for my training. Well that didn't happen. I sold a vacuum in my 1st weekend and I did not receive my full commision because the manager lowered the price of the vacuum so it would sell. I was not told that I would receive less than my commission. Because the vacuum was sold at a lower price.
They had all these little surprises that came along with this job. They also said I would get 602.50 If i did 12 demos in one week. The way they have it set up it is impossible to get 12 Demos done in one week that was how they sucked me into their ad.
I think it should be illegal for them to even run an employment ad like that it is misleading and here I am without a job. All because I believed their false advertising.
