A want to be supervisor, LaToya, with an attitude
After a computer glitch for on line payment threw RBS web sight, I Contacted a very nice lady who understood, my complaint (10 hr's Late)
That RBS does not give you a Transaction number at the time you try to pay them on line, threw their web sight - they may or may not send you a conforming email. Which May or may not make it threw spam filters -wow a lot of spam-. She reversed the late charges of $38.00 as a one time screw up And said she would report to their computer people that a transaction number needs to Be provided at the time of the payment. I though all was well. Boy was I dumb
A few weeks later I received my billing were they did indeed remove the late fee but Started charging interest, when I called, I reached a rep who was receptive to my
Inquiries but eager to put me threw to a Supervisor, them the infamous "LaToya", wow Came on the line, asking if I wanted to speak to a supervisor, which I replied I did not Ask for one but was forwarded to you, so are you a supervisor, she replied no, but then I made the mistake of talking to "it", and saying I had a agreement with a prior Credit rep, that you would reverse my late payment and work on fixing your system.
She said late payment and interest charges are two different things,
I said, the other lady was nice enough to do this as a one time thing, so why would it Not apply to the interest side of the problem; she said she would reverse the $6.43
And place me back on the original 12 months interest free accounts status.
Win I asked her to credit me for the $6.43 she refused and then I asked for a Supervisor, then she got (totally shitty) I had to call back, this time asking for a Supervisor and made sure they knew I was closing the account over 6 bucks & change.
Then hear comes the shitty rip off, at that time they added an additional charge of $0.2, Cents. Two weeks later they spent USPS postage to bill me $0.2 Cents,
I could not believe the amount of entrapment going on, so I added them to my Zion's E-pay, and electronically sent them 0.25 cents, which should be end of story.
Now they have blocked my correspondence by email, to ask for the overpayment. Which I should ask them for $40.00 a day late charges but
Long story short LaToya, with an attitude
