Late fees/reporting wrong information on credit reports

Back in October I was contacted by one of their associates to make payment arrangements, to bring my account current. I agreed to have payments of $33 a month on the 15th to be electronically taken from my checking account. Because this individual did not document this on my account, GE Money back would not honor this agreement and charged me a late fee of $39. Oo a month for the next 6 months and reported my account being 90 days past due on my credit report. When I talked to a supervisor on 6/24, he did aacklowdge that a payment plan had been set up and he reversed one of the $30.00 late fees. But because the original agreement had been on the 15th of the month, they justified the late payment fee, because they said my payment was due by the 4th of the month. You get a different story every time you call and the people you talk to our rud. I talked to one woman on 6/24 that I could not understand because she sounded like a cow chewing her cud. BEWARE!!! I will be contacting the better business bureau On 6/24 the supervisor said he would change the payment date on my automatic payment from checking account to the 4th and I was still charged late fees
