I spent over $200 with Palmer Cash on Christmas presents this year, and they sent me an incorrect size. I ordered a Men's size Large T-shirt (and it appears as such on my invoice) but they sent me a Women's size Large. I have attempted to contact them numerous times to get a paid mailing label that I can return the item before the deadline on Jan. 31st.
I have yet to receive a reply to my emails and have searched to no avail for a phone number. Now, I have paid for shipping and the cost of a T-shirt that is way too small for my husband to ever fit in. It seems pointless for a company to have a customer service department only to ignore their customers. Their products are great, but the service is lousy.
