H E LONG Company Inc. No response to attempt at return. Items shipped wrong size—twice

I ordered a T-shirt from these people that came the wrong size (also a marginal quality rip-off of an original that I saw in a shop). Fool that I was, I ordered the next size up as I really liked the message on this shirt. This was before I had arranged a return. They sent another shirt that was also not the right size. Multiple attempts to contact them re a return or exchange these shirts—including a threat to contact your group, have failed
