I was billed erroneously on December 19 for calls to one of my D.I.D. Numbers (we are an answering service). I have a copy of the bill, as well as a copy of our call log if you are interested. No calls at 6:37am, 6:39am or 6:54am occured on November 22, as the bill suggests.
They have done this to us more than once. They always credit us when we call, but the problem is that it KEEPS happening. We have over 400 phone numbers do I KNOW it will happen again & I will have to spend 10-15 minutes every time to get it resolved. I wonder how many other people are billed the same way & since it's always such a small amount ($2-$10), they just pay it.
