I was in Nassau Bahamas and my cell phone did not have service. I decided to use the pay phone and hotel phone to make a international phone call to the United States. I was connected through this service and made a less than 2 minute call. I logged onto my banking account and saw 2 check card holds. The first charge was for 15.00 and the second charge was for 38.54. What a total rip off. There were no fees discussed before making this call. I assumed this was a legit company afterall this BBG Communications was set up through the Hilton Hotel. Of all hotels!
