I guess I am not the only person who feels ripped off because I have been billed for a membership in WPI*FRIENDS. I was told by customer support at 1-800-243-9726 on Jan 3 that I clearly signed up for this membership. The web page for ifriends was very confusing to me and overwhelming. I was charged for 3 months to a membership when I was not aware I even was a member. I would like to know why a confirmation was never sent to my email regarding a membership I purchased. If I had received an email confirmation I would have immediately cancelled the membership and complained that nothing was clear about the ifriends web site for me except for the fact that they had my credit card information.
