Informercial for the Natural Cures book by Kevin Trudeau offers two free books for the price of shipping only.
When you call in they put you through a very long series of sales presentations. Would you like this, and would you like that and on and on and on. They then ask for your debit card information for the shipping charges which equal about the price of the books. The book arrives about three weeks later, and then the charges start.
I was very careful during the sales presentations to make it very clear that I did not want any other services or products or subscriptions or anything. However after the books arrived I began recieving fraudultent charges to my bank account. First for $19.95 and then for $6.58.
When I called to have them reversed I was directed to a message machine to leave my address for a response. I called again and waited 45 minutes to speak with a live support person at which time I was told it would take 30 days to refund my money.
I still have not seen the refund and if I do not recieve it within the next 48 hours I am going to file a federal reg e form for the money.
