I visited the website to get a quote for boxes for our new store that was opening. I needed a quote for freight. I've purchased boxes before and know that freight is usually expensive. After 3 days and no response from them, I tried to contact them via email and phone again.
Email responses were never answered. When I phoned, I was repeatedly put on hold. I would have to hang up and call back.
When I finally received an estimate, the charges were 3X what I was expecting them to be. So, I said forget it. I'm not going to place an order.
When I received my credit card statement, I was charged for the order. I tried several times to contact the company to get a credit with no luck. They kept asking me for an order number. I said that I never placed an order, I just got a quote for shipping.
After doing this for 2 months, I reached someone who said that there was an order placed. I asked them if they were aware that they committing credit card fraud by placing orders that were not requested by the cardholder. I explained that 1.) I never placed an order and 2.) Even if I did, no boxes every showed up. At which time, I was promptly hung up on.
I have since placed a disupte with my credit card company. I have not yet received a credit.
