I stumbled onto P&M Consolidator's website while searching for shipping supplies. Very reasonable prices — so in ~ I ordered from them. Supplies arrived as ordered. On credit card was a charge for the supplies and a charge for shipping — as expected.
Following month - I was double charged on my credit card. Thought this was a mistake so I called P&M. First thing they ask for is an invoice number. Took forever to convince them that they NEVER sent me an invoice. After several calls - I finally got the charges removed.
Not learning from my mistakes - I ordered a larger order from P&M this past April. Supplies arrived as ordered (although they have very poor communications between them and their shipper). On credit card was a charge for the supplies and a charge for shipping — again as expected.
Following month - I noticed they charged me a substantial fee for shipping... A duplicate fee again. So far, P&M has not removed this duplicate charge and I had to go thru dispute with my credit card for this one.
Now — in June — Central Pack AGAIN charged me for my original order — a fourth charge for this single order! Not even trying to call P&M — straight to credit card dispute.
Either this company has very poor accounting practices ore they are very dishonest.
I recommend not using this company. And, if you do — watch your credit cards very carefully!
