I placed my order and chose the "Best Freight" only to find out the "Best Freight" was almost $7.00 higher than the initial shipping quote. I contacted them and requested they give me a credit, which they did. When I received my order, it was not correct and it was not the right amount either. I was shorted 1000 bags. I waited almost two weeks for them to get the product in stock (which they supposedly have over 10,000 items in stock).
When I called back, they did not have the product or any sizes even close to what I ordered in any of the flat poly bags. I requested a credit and tried back today to see what happened to the credit and supposedly their accounting systems are down and they said they would get back with me. I am not holding my breath. Meanwhile, you can't call them without spending over 30 minutes on the phone every time.
