I have recently been the victim of identity theft. The thief or thieves used my debit card number to order from this so-called company and today I received a package from E-Pro. I did not open it and have marked it "Return to Sender. Did not order." Hopefully, the U.S. Postal Service will do this for me.
I am trying to figure out how a company would fulfill a request with no authorization from me.in addition, I tried to get a phone number for them but to no avail.
So, I am quite a few dollars poorer until my credit union can, hopefully, straighten this mess out.
