Auto debit of my checking account for identity theft - I did not request the services and no one ever answers the customer service number

This company debited $31.98 from my checking account without my permission. When I called the 800# listed on my bank stmt for the withdrawal I waited and had to listed to a recorded message for at least 20 minutes about identity theft - after the 20 minutes it said that they were closed - I called again the next morning and the number just rang and rang - my credit union refused the transaction for me.
