USA Credit
Unauthorized withdrawl from my checking account in the ammount of $149.95, I was applying for a payday loan

I was in the process of applying for a payday loan. The payday loan sight assured me that it was secure.

After I finished filling out my personal information and clicked on submit, USA Credit appeared on my PC with congratulations all over my screen stating that I have just been approved for a $16,000.00 Master Card.

They also stated that in the next 24 hours they would take my personal information and with drawl $149.95 from my account, no exceptions! The terms and conditions stated that I would have to call and cancel the order after I have received my USA Credit Card Package within 2 weeks. Then I would still be liable for the activation fee of $45.00.

USA Credit did not withdraw the money until 1 week after this situation took place.

I am now $145.95 short of my budget.
