I was applying for an online paydayloan, was redirected to another place for special offers. Account was debted $99.00

I was applying for an online payday loan. Was redirected to another place for special offers. First Millennium credit card was one of them, but I declined all offers.

Two days later my checking account was charged $99.00.

I did not authorize this!

Kept being redirected to other payday loan sites. Was not approved for loan.
