Here is a blatant example of why Mortgage Fraud is a Billion Dollar Industry. We are in Fear of our safety due to the fact that what we are reporting is HUGE. Docs available to any Government investigative or enforcement agenc. Or an Attorney who wishes to face GOLIATH with us.

7/2- Winn, Edith came in contact with our office. Signed our Waiver and Furnished whatever Loan documents and other pertinent paperwork she had. She made it clear that she wanted this matter put out in the open for all to see and be weary of. Public wellbeing was her greatest concern, although she was in fear for her family's safety and of mine from this undertaking.
It remains our duty here in Avenue S to do the best we can to look into material documentation and report immediately to your office. Here is a summary of our report:

This Mortgage Relationship between Ms. Winn and pack of Industry Insiders began right from the very moment when Ragland, Robert - Ms. Edith Winn's Common Law entered into a Mortgage Agreement back in 2002 where redlining, Title Red Flags and suspicious transactions abound. Coincidentally DBA Skyline Funding was the Loan Company holding the note, the same Loan Company that John Gregg owner of Gregg's Artistic Homes have for his very own home at the present time in Glendale, 2946 Oakmont View Drive, Ca. 91208
From an initial Loan amount of $110,000 the property has been systematically flipped several times and individuals easily misleading Ms. Edith Winn into contract by means of railroading, misinformation, misguidance and expert collaboration bringing the Present Loan amount to $192,000 with a balloon payment of $193,880.incorporating monthly payments that start @11.5% then Cap out @21.750%. And a term of 23 years and 4 months.

ms. Edith Winn furnished all her income documentation to her Loan servicer of whom she relied solely on his integrity, expertice and fo being a physician. And from that this is what she has been subjected to. On partial disability and retirement income of ($2,400/mo) a no cash out Refinancing was executed with no regard to her ability to repay back the Loan, no remorse or sign of human compassion.
Debt to income ratios from 107% @ 11.50% start rate then up to TO 170% @ 21.250% CAP as their underwritting standard. Happening right here in Los Angeles County, Ca. As we speak.
2 year prepay for a loan with a 1 year rate lock using the highest prime rate.

Ms. Edith Winn mentioned that when they were shopping for the property Ragland, Robert was not with them neither was he known until the sale was done. Mr. Ragland has never met Ms. Garibay at all. A Title documented earlier for a Sale that did not occur 3 months later (1/14).
