I went online to get a payday loan, I put in all my account information, the next screen that came up was for a credit card, a pre-paid debit card and the pay day loan. As soon as I saw this screen, I got out of site.
I went online the next day and saw that they had debited my checking account 2 different fees, one for $159.90 and one for $49.95. I called them and they insist that i knew what i was signing for and i did not, I do not want a credit card and definately do not want a debit card that I had to pay almost $200 to get. They have refused to refund my money. I spoke with a Velia.
This is a total scam and they will not issue a refund, they said they have my signature, which if they do, it was for a payday loan and once you get into the site there is no way of getting out of it. They have it set up so you have no choice but to get these cards. I also never got the payday loan or any information about a payday loan, only this fee. I have also never received the so called cards I signed up for.
