Ripoff Military Family and no Refund

I read the letter that Denise from TX wrote which I am gonna do but I wanted to know what a "letter certified" means. My husband is in Iraq and I just got orders myself to go so we are unable to go and I want a refund and of course I talked to a Adrian Harry EXT 4045 and he was very rude. I filed a report with Florida State Department of Consumer Affairs. I nenver signed anything or even made a reservation with them I just paid the $698 so could someone please help me!!
