Windstorm vacuum is a total sham. They charged me $395.00 for two vacuums that were suppose to be buy one at $60.00 and get one free. I returned them to Windstorm last February and to date, now August, have not received a refund.
I have called about fourty different times. Mostly busy signals, but when I did get through to a representative they acknowledged my return and told me that the refund will be sent to me by check and given me a date. That date comes and goes without a refund.
Contacting them is a nightmare. They have put me on hold for an hour, then cut me off. They have disconnected two phone numbers. I have emailed igea and not received a response. The corporate office has lied to me. It's a relentless hassle with no resolve.
I definitely think legal action needs to be taken before they file bankrupsy.
