Igia windstorm has ripped me off too. Lied about the performance of the vacuum cleaner on infomercial and lied about the price.
The first thing they did was send me 2 vacuum cleaners, which I did not order. They then took $193.00 out of my bank account. I called them and got an "I am sorry" message. I then used one of the vacuums and it was horrible. I decided to send them both back using my own money since there was no return shipping label included with the shipment. That cost me $60.00.
In the meantime, $69.00 was deducted from my account before I could ship the vacuum cleaners back. After I shipped them, another $69.00 was deducted from my account!
All this took place December and now it is the first of April and I have yet to receive a refund. I have called and called but have only gotten one excuse after another and one promise after another. All total I have been ripped off of approximently $390.00.
