In December of I purchased a Windstorm Vacuum from the "asseenontv.com" website with a credit card. When I received the vacuum I could not believe I had paid $59.99 for this product that resembled a child's toy. I contacted the company and returned the vacuum as instructed. I allowed 6 weeks and called my credit card company to inquire about the refund, yet nothing! I then contacted Windstorm constomer service who reassured me that I would receive a refund within 10 business days. After 6 months not only have I not received a refund but now the customer service telephone number is invalid.
Just today I contacted "as seen on tv" to gather current information for Igia, who manufactures Windstorm, and their costomer service department told me that they have never carried this product! WHAT!
I am very confused and would like a refund. I am willing to be contacted for any legal action regarding this matter.
