I purchased the Windstorm Vacuums Special Offer (2 for 1) from a TV infomercial (that is even now presented on the website selling Wind Storm Vacuums,). IGEA charged my credit card for double the order (a total of $448.61), then even after my contacting IGEA representatives by telephone over the next months, never gave me credit OR sent me any products. I just finished filing two complaints with the Better Business Bureau because Igea and Windstorm have two seperate addresses.
