Integretel has been billing for Amer Prem Warehouse through my local phone carrier Sprint since October. The bills have been $14.95 tax for Emergency VM Monthly Fee. I have never had contact with Amer Prem Warehouse. I do not have VM (learned from consumer complaintss that is Voice Mail. I have not been able to get this charge removed from my bill.
The local carrier changed its name to EMBARQ in May. My first bill from Embarq included the Integretel bill with Amer Prem Warehouse — and a new charge from EMAIL DSCNT for Email DiscntNtwk Setup on May 8. Phone number for EmailDscnt is given as 800-730-8199. I cannot locate the company through search functions.
Would like to know if anyone else has been billed for EMailDscnt; has anyone had success in stopping the billing from Amer Prem Warehouse; does anyone know how to have their local services stop billing from Integretel?
