They charged me 14.95 on my verizon bill. I called them and they told me it was from amer prem warehouse. They said that I ordered online voice mail! I told them that I did not and I do not have any need for another voice mail. She then asked if anyone else uses my computer and I told her no. She then said that they would fully credit my verizon account and that they put a block on. Do you think they will really credit my account? I didnt even have to threaten them.
