Integretel Inc aka Amer Prem Warehouse billed through Verizon.

A charge for "Emergency Voicemail 1X Setup Fee of $14.95 plus taxes of $1.20, for a total of $16.15. The Company does not list an e-mail address, just a web site of www.integretel.com and phone numbers for billing questions 1-800 270-5405 and 1-800 736-7500 for billings on befalf of Amer Prem Warehouse.

I have had this phone for over ten years and have never ordered anything from anyone including Verizon for any extra services, let alone "Emergency Voicemail 1x".
Why would anyone need an "Emergency Voicemail service??? You can buy an answering machine for less than $20.

I looked on the Internet and have seen many complaints against this company. I didn't see one concerning Verizon, I guess their starting their scam on the West coast now.

I have never heard of this company before, until I opened my phone bill.
This company needs to be sued.
