I found a bill on my Verizon Phone bill for $16.30 ($14.95 plus taxes and fees of $1.35) I came online and found the rip off report which told me to call Integretel at 1-800-736-7500 and when I called I gave my name and phone number billed. I explained "I found this unexpected charge on my phone bill, and did some research to find out that there was a virus on my computer that dialed your number and orded this service. I would like the service immediatly canceled.
I went on to ask how many billing cycles I had been billed and it turns out I have already payed this company last month! Anyways, the customer service rep credited my account for last month and took off the charges for this month. He was nice about it and did not give me a hastle at all.
