My January phone bill showed a charge of $14.95 for two months by American Premium Warehouse. I contacted my phone company and was told the charge would go into "dispute" for x-number of days and they provided a phone number to contact Integretel.
I questioned the phone company as to who is Integretel, they replied that Integretel was nothing but a billing company. Upon calling and questioning Integretel, I was told they had billed me for the next two billing cycles and I would have to repeat the process all over again to clear the charge. When I asked who is American Premium Warehouse I was told that was confidential information.
This whole ordeal raises some serious questions and it reveals the incompetence of the telephone company and regulating bodies to allow any company to attach charges to a utility without question.
