Would like to get this man to court for child support daughter 10 never paid a dime dead beat only cares about himself Dad, Brunswick, Jesup

I would like to find this man so he could pay my child some child support she is 10 years old and has never seen him and i dont want her to be around a sorry man like this but i think he should help support his child his date of birth is 11-8-1965 5 ft 9 in. Weight 160 eyecolor is brown hair brown. He`s somewhere in the state of georgia last information is incarceration coastal state prison released 4-24 if anyone could help locate him it would be helpful
