Wind Storm Vacuum ripoff, charged, never received product, 6 months of waiting so far

I ordered off the internet on November 8 they charged my card on November 10 and still have not received anything in the mail or a refund. I have reached them several times and they said it was on back order and the last time I called they said I would have it in 2 weeks. It now has been 3 weeks and now when I call it says to call between 8:30 am to 5:00 pm Pacific time and I do but it just hangs up. I hope you can help get my money back
