Ripoff ignores request for order cancellation and refund

I ordered a Wind Storm Vacuum on the internet late in November and was unhappy with how the order processed. (I was given no option to have the second vacuum to my son in another state.) I phoned and cancelled on Dec. 12, before the vacuum was shipped. I was charged 229.93 on my credit card. Though I have called at least 10 times, been on hold as long as 1.5 hours, as of today 3/14, I have not received a refund.
