I wanted to let everyone know that I agree with all of the negative comments on this webpage. We are not kidding. It is hard to believe a company can be so dishonest. We just arived back today from our Luxury Vacation and let me tell you, it was not luxury. We hated the cruise (Imperial Majesty) (I feel really bad now, not believing some of the bad things and not researching it quick enough (within the first few months). I am a part time student and I work full time, so I didn't have the time to research it as I should have. I feel so ripped off by the supposed deal vacation.
Now having already went on the vacation, and spent all of the money, can anyone respond and let me know if they know of how to get any of my money back now (after going)!! They completely ripped us off on having to pay for our Universal Studios tickets (which were promised to us) and we even had a voucher for them, but they wouldn't honour it. We are going to refuse the charges for having to pay for those tickets (even though they were supposed to be Xpress pass tickets). But what about the other money we spent (when it is true, that we could have booked through Hotels.com for less (how sad).
Any ideas?
