I was informed by NAPE that Smart Choice was Misrepresenting NAPE and they had cancelled its association with them.
NAPE had received $180, ooo for member refunds, but when I called for a refund for double billing in Jan and Feb, they had already used all those funds. I was told to contact Smart Choice to discuss a refund.
Smart Choice has also not paid a bill from Nov. 2005 for $198 to a doctor. The claim was denied, reason: Unknown!
I will continue to contact Smart Choice or it's administered by Company, International Med-Care of El Paso, TX.
