I received a letter from TrueLogic Financial trying to collect a fraudulent bill from Southwest Bell. I do not owe anything to Southwest Bell. My phone bill is current and my balance is "0" and has been for the past 50 years. I can only get recorded messages when I dial their 800 number. I will send them a certified letter request a detailed statement for the fraudulent charges. This is the first notification I have received regarding these charges.
I think this company needs to be reported to the Attorney General of Colorado.
