I had purchased, and returned, a treadmill from Icon Fitness several years ago. After several attempts to resolve a dispute regarding the refunded money — Icon stating that I owed them the $529.17 they had refunded to me for the returned treadmill, my attorney had contacted the company and resolved it. I did not hear anything further for more than three years.
Recently, I received a letter for the above stated amount from TrueLogic Financial. I have informed them that all inquiries must be directed to my attorney. After resolving this issue— I had never owed any money to Icon—I am dismayed to receive notice from this corporation stating that I still owe this money. This matter was resolved previously by my attroney.
