A kirby salesman came to my house on Saturday and sold me a vacuum cleaner, I was told I had a lifetime warranty on the machine and if I had any problems or questions I could just call and they would be happy to help me out.
The next day I went through my book they left and found out the warranty is only for three years. After investigating on line, I read alot of complaints regarding the vacuum and the service, so I decided to cancel my contract. I was given three bussiness days to change my mind. I tried calling the company several times and all I get is an answering machine and no one will call me back.
I overnighted my cancelation notice to the address and name they had on my contract. I just called for tracking on the delivery and they were unable to deliver the letter. They left a note saying they had tried to leave a package and will try again. Now my three days will be up. I don't know what I need to do from here. I called the finance company and they said they would refuse to finance, but i am not sure what else to do.
